A silicone label can look acceptable in a rendering and still fail in production. Fine artwork may not fill completely, tall relief can distort, and an unsuitable compound may crack or lift as the product flexes.

Compression molding applies heat and pressure to a prepared silicone charge. It is a practical route for thicker patches and bold relief where fine-flow capability is less critical.

Metered dispensing builds separate color regions in stages. Deposit volume is matched to a staged cure sequence so adjacent colors remain separated and the finished relief stays level.
Printing reproduces fine surface graphics that are impractical to mold. The ink is matched to the silicone surface treatment, then a controlled cure window is used to stabilize adhesion and wear resistance.
A thin silicone layer is transferred to fabric within a defined heat-press window. The backing system is matched to the textile, and peel testing is used to check edge lift before production.
First-article samples show whether the tool fills and releases cleanly while holding the specified dimensions. Tool geometry and process settings are corrected before the approved sample becomes the production reference.
